ZORTit is a new way to search for things on the web. Like a traditional search engine, you type in key words into the search box and hit search. ZORTit, like most search engines, gives you a list of possible matches.
See a screencast showing the features of Zortit .
Here’s how ZORTit is different. When you browse the web, ZORTit will remember which sites you liked by how long you looked at them. ZORTit will automatically file your favorite sites into a folder that you can access at any time (saving you time, so you don’t have to search for the same things over and over.)
By clicking on the name of the folder (in the green box on the right hand side of the site), you can rename the folder and delete any of the contents you choose. (You might have examined at a site for a while, but later deemed it irrelevant. You may also have had a site up for a while because you left the computer and went to the bathroom. If this happens, simply click on “X” and it disappears!)
